What is it?Change for Life is a fundraiser that benefits Life Choices to help keep our services free for our clients.
Who can participate?Any organization willing to support life. (Examples: churches, small groups, bible studies, youth groups, any community event and/or organization)
How does it work?Members of our Life Choices team provide organizations with baby bottles, asking the members to take one and fill it up with coins, dollars, or checks and then return the bottles to the church or other location.
A member of our staff is willing and able to speak at your church or event, sharing information and the mission behind Life Choices, but is not required in order to participate in Change For Life!
